I don’t know why I haven’t been taking Hudson to Great Clips for his haircuts all along. What a fantastic experience... and so freakin’ affordable! If you’re a boy mom like me, you know that hair cuts happen every time you blink your eyes. Hudson is in desperate need of a clean-up every 3 weeks, so it gets super costly, and takes up so much of my time. Now that I’ve discovered the inexpensive (yet top-notch) services at Great Clips, we won’t ever go anywhere else! 

I think the reason I’d never taken him was because I always thought there would be a wait, but then I discovered the Great Clips Online Check-In service and App. All I did was open the app, click on the check-in button, and the salons nearest my current location appeared. I chose the salon location nearest to us, entered my name, phone number, and how many people I was bringing in and voila... all that was left was to show up! 

Prior to Great Clips, I was paying top dollar at some of those kiddie cut places for Hudson, but during Great Clips recent sale (on now until May 11) we paid only $9.99!!!!

One of the coolest things Hudson and I discovered during our visit was Clip Notes, a technology that allows any stylist at any location to see notes from your past visits – so no matter where you go, your stylist will know your haircut. Incredible! No more explaining things such as style, shape, type of haircut, clipper guards, amount taken off, desired length of sideburns, etc for Hudson. I can just refer our future stylist to Clip Notes and they’ll work their magic.

Great Clips is currently 150 salons strong in   Canada. They provide value-priced, high-quality haircare for men, women and kids. They make it easy for customers to get a great haircut at a time and place that’s convenient for them (and they’re open evenings and weekends, no appointments necessary). What I’ve noticed that sets them apart is their Online Check-In service and app, and Clip Notes. I won’t ever go elsewhere for Hudson’s haircuts.
